BVN Band Notes - Week of Aug 11th to Aug 17th

Band Room Moving and Unpacking Help

If you are able to come in and help a little bit on Monday and Tuesday afternoon between 1pm-4pm, please sign up on the BAND App and help us! Even if you aren't able to stay the whole time, that is perfectly fine - we appreciate any and all help we can get at any time. Thank you, Mustangs!

Bell Schedule for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

BVN will be running a 'traditional' Hours 1-7 schedule every day this week.

Students will not need to bring their instruments on Wednesday, however be prepared to bring them on Thursday. We will definitely play on Friday. Marching Mustangs will begin at 7:10am on Friday.

Marching Mustangs Wednesday Evening Rehearsal

The Marching Mustangs rehearse on Wednesday evenings through October.

Rehearsals generally take place at BVN on the Lighted/West Turf Field. Students should arrive early to help move equipment from the field house. Occasionally, we will rehearse at SWI-DAC. Students would load trailers after school, take instruments with them, and meet at SWI-DAC; more information soon.

6:00pm - Marching Percussion (Pit & Battery) and Colorguard Begins, until 8:30pm

6:00pm to 7:30pm - Full Marching Mustangs Rehearsal

Marching Mustangs Morning Rehearsals

Starting Friday, August 15th, the Marching Mustangs will have early morning rehearsals starting at 7:10am every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. There are no rehearsals on Thursday. Students should arrive by 7:00am to get themselves prepared for rehearsal to start on time. Pit/Sound Crew and Field/Props Crew should arrive a little earlier to move and prep the field and equipment for rehearsal.
