Last Dress Rehearsal Run Through on Stage during AST
Concert
Dress is Concert Black
6:25pm – Be in Room 610
6:30pm – Tune, Rehearse Peer Gynt and Firebird
6:45pm – Quickly head to assigned seats in PAC
7:00pm – Concert Begins
Wednesday - Band Banquet & Awards, Concert on the Lawn
If you pre-purchased tickets for dinner, dinner will begin around 5:30pm with awards around 6:00pm - all in the commons.
The concert will be out front of the MAIN entrance in front of the Mustang Statue, starting around 6:30pm.
Bring a lawn chair and enjoy some great music!
Dress for Students: Springtime Business Casual or Concert Black -- Seniors: Formal Wear
IF THE WEATHER IS TOO WARM, THE CONCERT WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE PAC.
Thursday - All 9-11 Grade Students Participating in Graduation Band
Please be at AST for a full group rehearsal on Thursday. Thank you!
Saturday - Graduation Ceremonial Band
All current band students (9-11) are expected to participate in Graduation Band, unless you have prior clearance from Mr. McCarty for other reasons.

Location: ANTIOCH-DAC, by Blue Valley West
3:30pm – Set Up Crew and Percussion Arrive
3:45pm – All Band Members in Place, on ANT-DAC Field
4:00pm – Warmup and Sound Check
4:20pm – Break (Water/Bathrooms)
4:30pm – Pre-Ceremony Performance Begins
5:00pm – Graduation Ceremony
~6:30pm – Pack Up/Clean Up and Dismiss
March 28th, 29th, 30th - Marching Mustangs Fundamentals Mini-Camps
2025 Marching Mustang Members: Be sure you are prepared to attend our mini-camps!
We'll practice some music and visual fundamentals, work on some pre-game, and get our show music started!
It will be a great way to kick off the marching season. Go Mustangs!
